Our Inspiration
Puerto Cocina & Bar is a seafood-forward restaurant inspired by the spirit, culture,
community and cuisine of Baja California, specifically Valle de Guadalupe.
Located in the Dallas Design District at the 155 River Edge mixed-use development, Puerto
Cocina & Bar is open for dinner and soon for lunch/brunch.
Puerto Cocina & Bar features an elevated yet approachable menu of dishes, including a raw bar, crudos and tiraditos, with an emphasis on shellfish and caviar.
The wine list highlights the depth and diversity of Mexican winemaking, with 100% of its offerings coming from Mexico’s leading producers and winemakers in Valle de Guadalupe, Baja California Sur, Queretaro, Coahuila and other regions.
The cocktail program blends regional Mexican flavors and contemporary techniques.
